How does Two-Way Transaction Verification work?

Accepted Answer

When a trade credit or payment is recorded, both parties (supplier and buyer) verify the details, invoice amounts, payment terms, and due dates. This bilateral confirmation prevents ledger disputes and keeps credit accounts aligned.

Question 3

What is a Reputo Score?

Accepted Answer

Reputo Score is an in-app feature of the Reputo platform designed to help create a fairer, more transparent business environment between trading parties. Its purpose is to give suppliers an informative signal before extending credit, enabling them to trade with greater confidence.

Question 4

How does Reputo help businesses manage trade credit and payment relationships?

Accepted Answer

Reputo helps businesses track payables and receivables in a single unified ledger, maintain an audit trail of confirmed settlements, and send respectful, structured payment reminders without awkward manual disputes.

Question 5

What are the limitations of Reputo Score?

Accepted Answer

Reputo Score is strictly an informative in-app feature calculated from platform activity. It is not a government rating, credit bureau rating (such as CIBIL), bank certification, or legal guarantee against financial loss.
